- The program supports emotional reset through movement, meditation, nature immersion, and unstructured spaciousness so you can reconnect with clarity and purpose.
- Each day blends gentle practices with long stretches of personal time, honoring the desire to slow down, release stress, and return to the body.
- Meals are prepared with love, intention and organic ingredients grown on our permaculture farm, supporting both physical nourishment and a sense of grounded wellbeing.
- You will be held in an environment designed to reduce decision making and mental load so you can settle into rest, curiosity, and natural rhythm by a team of heart-led stewards and facilitators.
- Ideal for individuals arriving after life shifts, burnout, or big transitions who want space to breathe, feel supported, and reconnect with what matters most. Individual support from an experienced transformational coach (30+ years of teaching) is available.
- Casitas offer privacy, comfort, and connection with the natural world, creating a sense of safety and belonging while you restore.
- Optional workshops, movement sessions, and community gatherings are offered as invitations, not obligations, so you can shape the experience in a way that feels aligned.
- The land itself plays a central role in the experience, offering the kind of grounding, perspective, and quiet that many guests are seeking but rarely find in daily life.
- If you are looking to dive into a work or personal project, our lounge with starlink internet, cozy nooks and big windows into the forest are a perfect place to find focus.
